Characteristics: Bright nose, with aromas of ripe orchard fruit, stone fruit plus a good dose of minerality from the slate. A crisp, flavourful (no oak!) and well balanced dry wine with a long finish.
Recommendation: A crisp dry wine for all purposes. Goes well with a wide range of dishes from fish and shellfish (raw bar!) to poultry, pork and veal dishes. Bright acidity refreshes the palate and cuts fat. Excellent before and throughout a meal.
Drinking temperature: 9 – 11° Celsius
