Cusumano Noa 2015
Zone of production: Tenuta Presti e Pregni, Alcamo (TP).
Grape: Nero d’Avola 40%, Merlot 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%.
Average age of vines: 15 years. Cultivation Espallier, at a density of 5000 plants per hectare.
Vinification: Elimination of stalks and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28°-30°C for 10 to 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in barriques and fining in the same for 12 months, with successive fining in the bottle.
An impenetrable garnet-red colour.
A full, rich perfume of jam, cocoa, spices and liquorice.
A full-bodied taste with sweet tannins which make this a rich, long-lasting wine, with hints of liquorice and spices
which linger in your mouth.
