Production area: Tuscany
Grape varietals: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaking: The selected varietals were fermented separately in steel vats. The wine was kept in contact with the yeast for four months, and then the wine spent a brief time aging in the bottle before being released for sale.
Recommended serving temperature: 54°F (12°C)
Serving suggestions: An ideal aperitif or accompaniment for fish or vegetable dishes.
