Bright, crystal clear, light/green pale straw colour. Floral aromatics of orange blossom and lemon peel. Intense, elegant palate with vibrant lime and grapefruit flavours enhanced by complex minerality. Nicely textured following controlled time on lees and well balanced with tight, focused acidity leading to a persistent finish.
