Bodegas Emilio Moro is placed in the heart of the Ribera del Duero D.O. in the famous wine making village Pesquera de Duero. It is well known that the triangle formed between Pesquera de Duero, Valbuena de Duero and Peñafiel, is a privileged area that produces wine of excellent quality. The Bodega vineyard goes back three generations; Emilio Moro was born in the heart of the Pesquera wine-growing area and grew up treading grapes and racking wine in his village of Pesquera de Duero, in the province of Valladolid. As early as 14 years old, Emilio helped his father sell earthenware pitchers of wine to local clients. Emilio Moro stands as one of the most prestigious Spanish vineyards, refined, award winning wines that can be found in the top restaurants in Europe, including El Bulli in Cataluña.
