A salmon pink colour that seems particularly deep & bright. The nose is finely tuned & very expressive showing delicious aromas of cherries in alcohol. The wine reveals waves of rich flavours, highly savoury & tuned into complexity that makes one want to go further. The cherry flavours fade into hints of wild blackberries. Shows perfect balance between the power of Pinot Noir & the finesse of Chardonnay (25%). These flavours are all deliciously persistent, making a very fine wine for cellaring.
