In appearance, the wine is seductive with its clear appearance mottled with light bronze reflections - characteristic of the Chardonnay grape & with its fine, dense, regular sparkle. On the nose, this Blanc de Blancs surprises with its delightful aroma, its extreme finesse & pleasant aromas of ripe white fruits & kumquats. The flavour, in perfect harmony with the aroma revealved during the olfactory examination, is both powerful & fully developed. The same hints of orange zest combined with pleasing slightly lemon notes can again be found.
