The golden yellow colour gives evidence of the huge solar year 2007, and is a sign of great ripeness and intensity. The nose is jammed and exuberant, dominated by exotic fruit (pineapple, guava and mango) as well as exotic spice (vanilla, cinnamon). The mouth also reflects the richness of the vintage. Oily and powerful, it ends on jammed fruit too. Although voluptuous, the finish is still elegant.
