Deep cherry red in colour, with a maroon border. In the nose it is expressive: it reminds of ripered fruit and displays some hints of Mediterranean herbs. The ageing notes are present, although not prominently. It is modern, complex, mineral, with a long and balanced acidity that provides freshness. Its smooth and round tannins result in a very good palate. Cruor primarily stands out forits fineness an delegance.
