Bianchi

Don Valentín Bianchi was born in 1887 in Fasano, Italy, where he was raised until his departure for Argentina in 1910. In 1928, Don Valentín Bianchi, an Italian immigrant, fulfilled his dream of owning a winery and vineyards. After great efforts, his dream came true with his winery El Chiche, which later became Bodegas y Viñedos Valentín Bianchi. His work was continued by his descendants, who changed the name of the winery to Valentín Bianchi S.A. 80 years after the founding of the first winery, the third generation continues with the family tradition started by Don Valentín. The third generation of the Bianchi family is the heir to the founder’s legacy to the art of creating wines; an art that grows and is enriched from generation to generation.
